Requirements

    BSc (Hons)/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration/other related fields
    Project Management and/or other professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

    Proficient in relevant IT packages
    Good interpersonal relationship and networking skills
    Procurement and Negotiation skills
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize job schedules
    Good team skills
    Excellent reporting skills
    Good communication (verbal and written skills)
    Experience in Facility Management will be an added advantage
