The Empowered Tribe is a faith-driven ministry focused on worship, service, and community. We are looking for a hands-on Facility Executive with strong electrical repair and maintenance skills to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee electrical repairs and ensure all electrical systems are functioning properly.
Carry out general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems, focusing on electrical safety and performance.
Coordinate with contractors for complex electrical or structural repairs.
Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
Assist with event setup and space preparation as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or electrical maintenance.
Proven experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
