Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
Control activities like CCTV, waste disposal, building security etc.
Utilizes One drive and maintenance databases for tracking work requests, labor, materials and preventive maintenance schedules
Allocate office space according to needs
Handle insurance plans and service contracts
Monitor vehicle performance
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
Dealing with emergencies as they arise
Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
Plan by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
Helping with office relocations
Drafting maintenance reports
Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience: 2 – 5 years
