Job description

Responsible for Facility management of Lagos office and apartment.
Responsible for Facility management satisfaction result.
Responsible for setup the management process and IT system of office and apartment.
Responsible for annual office and apartment facility supplier management.
Responsible for office and apartment rent/return decoration and renovation.
Responsible for Facility management budget.
Responsible for analysis and improvement of office and apartment usage

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor degree or higher.
Must have manage experience in to FM company of lagos like AMF/Broll/WSP/Provast
Have experience in FM management/longterm and annual strategy/plan development, office/apartment space planning, space request fulfillment and executive. Space and facility monitoring and management ability.
Good communication and expression/comprehension ability.
Excellent target focus spirit.
Good Project manage experience.
Good working environment adaptation
