Job Summary
We are seeking for a skilled Field Operations Officer – Fabricator to oversee branding and fabrication projects from planning to execution.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of tasks, material selection, and quality control while maintaining safety standards.
This role requires hands-on expertise in fabrication techniques, machinery operation, production and on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise branding and fabrication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Evaluate materials for durability, aesthetics, and project suitability.
Conceptualise and execute creative, unique fabrication ideas
Operate, maintain, and escalate issues with fabrication tools and machinery.
Collaborate with design and operations teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Manage on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Maintain and manage fabrication tools, equipment, and workspace.
Coordinate and oversee vendors and site installations.
Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective measures.
Perform site visits, draft reports, and provide recommendations for project improvement.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
3-5 years experience in branding, fabrication, or structural installations.
Expertise in metal, wood, acrylic fabrication, and finishing techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute accordingly.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites.
