Job Purpose
This role supports to execute export logistics activities of the organization and implement sales order plans in concurrence with Commercial/Planning and Warehouse in line with organizational policy and procedure.
Responsibilities:
Assist in booking and loading of empty containers, stuffing of finished goods, gate-in of containers at prearranged terminals.
Support in collection of relevant shipping documents from lines and freight forwarders (3LSP)
Filling of appropriate documents for processing of EEG and other statutory export documents – PFIs, Commercial Invoices, Forms NXP, NACCIMA/ECOWAS certificates.
Provide support to Import Executive where necessary
Collection of Nigeria Export Supervision Scheme (NESS) and freight payment advice to Finance for payment.
Follow up with plant for effective communication with the plants on delivery timelines
Update Export Status on ERP before and after payment for all pending/confirmed and executed orders to ascertain the real-time position of export sales
Report writing and presentations
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any Social Science or related fields
1-3 years’ experience in a related role
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Presentation
Strong analytical skill
