Job Summary
We are seeking experienced hospitality staff with a strong background in hotel and guest house operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, handle inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their stay.
Housekeeping: Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with amenities.
Front Desk Operations: Manage reservations, handle payments, and maintain accurate records using hotel management systems.
Food & Beverage Support: Assist in serving meals, managing room service requests, and ensuring a high standard of food presentation.
Safety & Security: Monitor guest safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel or guest house operations (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively
