Supervivors are required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product to our guests and customers as well as day-to-day operations of 3.0 Lounge.Responsibilities:
Create a fun and professional working environment
Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
To meet and possibly exceed performance targets
Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Liaise with other senior management regarding marketing and business development
Educational RequirementsNationa Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline.Experience RequirementsAt least one year’s experience in Bar or club management is highly desirableAdditional Job Requirements
Good command of English
