Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the canteen, ensuring high-quality food and service
Plan and implement menus, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
Supervise and train canteen staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Control inventory, manage budgets, and optimize resources
Requirements
5+ years of experience in canteen management, hospitality, or food service industry
Proven track record of delivering high-quality food services and exceptional customer satisfaction
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
