Job Description
Manage/oversee the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOPs).
Responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales & profit goals
Staff orientation, training, development and management
Manage food production to ensure absolute quality in line with approved recipes and procedures
Product and recipe development
Respond to customer’s comments in a constructive and positive manner, looking at such as an opportunity to build customer count. Educate & empower subordinate managers to act in full-fledged restaurant management capacity
Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the section
