We are seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee breakfast and lunch services, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. Your expertise will enhance our fine dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing breakfast and lunch kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and timeliness of breakfast dishes.
Lead the kitchen team in the Executive Chef’s absence, maintaining high standards.
Innovate and develop breakfast menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring effective performance during shifts.
Manage inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage.
Qualifications:
4- 7 Years of Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining.
Expertise in breakfast, lunch and all round Kitchen operations .
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of culinary trends and food safety regulations.
