Job Summary
As our executive and personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing seamless support for both professional and personal needs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of handling diverse tasks with confidentiality, efficiency, and a solutions-focused approach. This role requires excellent organizational skills, videography and social media expertise, and the ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and personal and professional
Plan and manage social events, philanthropic activities, and social calendars.
Research, hire, and oversee vendors and contractors for personal and professional projects.
Keep the principal informed on project progress and Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Manage email correspondence, phone messages and manage expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years as an Executive or Personal Assistant to CEO or in a similar role.
Proficiency with office software (Google Suite, Canva) and social media tools / platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
