Job Description
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
Screen telephone calls/messages, take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Manage the Director’s itinerary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Plan trips, arrange domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for Directors.
Manage Director’s personal and business diaries.
Coordinate events and otherengagements.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
Handle requests and queries from clients appropriately.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain an office filing system
Prepare for board meetings, which include drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
Perform personal errands for the Managing Director as required.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or other related fields
Minimum of 4 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a high level executive.
Preferably a male for gender balance
A lawyer will be of a betteradvantage
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
MS Office and English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs.
Active listening and good communication skills.
Strong time-management and organisation skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
