Role Description
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, developing strategies to promote youth and women empowerment, and building partnerships to further the goals of AODI.
Qualifications
Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Program Management skills
Experience in non-profit management and fundraising
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of education and healthcare systems in Africa
Ability to work independently and remotely
Passion for youth and women empowerment
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Master’s degree in Education, Public Health, or related field
