Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the Chairman’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the Chairman is fully prepared for meetings, providing necessary documents and background information.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials on behalf of the Chairman.
Organize and manage all aspects of the Chairman’s travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Provide discrete support for personal matters of the Chairman as needed.
Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Organize and maintain the Chairman’s files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval.
Manage office supplies and ensure the Chairman’s office is fully equipped and organized.
Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirement
3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
