Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide personalized support to our CEO and Lead Executive Coach. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate impeccable etiquette & personal comportment . The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s and Lead Executive Coach’s schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Communication and Correspondence: Handle email, phone, and in-person communications with professionalism and discretion. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Event Planning and Coordination: Organize meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring attention to detail and timely execution.
Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets. Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Time Management and Prioritization: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO and Lead Executive Coach.
Requirements
Education: Minimum,Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably experience in a structured organization at supervisory level in Banking or Training.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Impeccable etiquette and professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
