Job Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and compiling reports generated by the Finance and Strategy team.
Prepare from time to time various technical reports using data from units reporting to the ED
Keep a diary of appointments, meetings etc.
Liaising with various Units/Group Heads on joint tasks assigned by the ED
Attending to routine administrative/secretarial errands
Organizing and attending meetings, producing documents and presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
A minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar capacity.
Excellent knowledge reviewing and interpreting financial reports
Conversant with Strategy documents and implementation.
Preparing Board reports
Very Good Communication skills
Strong Analytical Skills
IT skills
Business Writing
Negotiation Skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Planning & Organizing
Sound Presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Basic Knowledge of the Insurance business practices
