Executive Assistant Administrative & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Scheduling Manage executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Correspondence: Handle email, phone calls, and mail on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and rental cars, and prepare travel itineraries.

Organizational Tasks

Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, projects, and deadlines for the executive.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Data Management*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.

Communication and Collaboration

Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination*: Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Information Dissemination*: Disseminate information to relevant parties on behalf of the executive.

Confidentiality and Discretion

Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems, exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Special Projects:

Special Projects: Undertake special projects as assigned by the executive, such as research, data analysis, or event planning.

Professional Development:

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve performance.

Other Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Event Planning: Coordinate events, such as conferences, meetings, and receptions.
