Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
The ideal candidate will:
Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client communications.
Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and conference participation.
Act as a liaison between the partner and internal/external stakeholders.
Operations Management
The ideal candidate will:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Implement and improve office processes, policies, and procedures.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate internal support functions.
Ensure the firm complies with regulatory requirements and legal obligations.
Monitor billing, invoicing, and expense management in collaboration with accounting.
Prepares reports, conducts research and engages clients as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
A first degree in any subject, with a minimum of second class upper or demonstrable experience in executive assistance and operations management, HR, finance, or management. Applications from lawyers are welcome
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, workflow automation tools and other standard business software
Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.
