Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
