Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring an executive assistant to work with MD/ CEO to provide a high level support to the executive by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities include:

Calendar management: Managing the executive’s calendar, including recurring tasks
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and appointments
Travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including itineraries, hotels, and transfers
Correspondence: Composing and preparing correspondence, including confidential documents
Expense reports: Managing expense reports
Screening: Screening phone calls and emails
Document organization: Organizing reports and documents
Meeting agendas: Setting agendas and action points for meetings
Follow-up: Following up to ensure that agreed actions are being executed

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
