Job SummaryThe Esusu/Cooperative Finance platform is designed to enhance our users’ income saving capabilities, provide them access to larger sums of capital, while enabling them build credit and financial independence through personal and group rotational savings. The Esusu/Cooperative Financial Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities across the platform, foster customer-user acquisition, and retention.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts and commentaries
Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
Producing long-term business plans
Undertaking research into competitors and factors affecting performance
Controlling number of groups and members in groups
Developing and managing financial systems/models.
Performing business modelling and risk assessments duties.
Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues to achieve optimal efficiency.
Responsible for the efficient and timely performance of operations, through team supervision.
Qualifications and Experience
At lease 5 years of experience in managing an Esusu/Cooperative finance platform
Access to Esusu/cooperative-finance platform groups and resources.
Required Competences and Attributes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Strong work ethic & attention to detail.
Ability to build and foster strong relationships in the cooperative finance Platform, between group managers and its members.
Ability to monitor and maintain awareness about competitor activity
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational ability.
