DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop space plan, design and layout
Project management and supervision of all station infrastructure upgrades and modifications
Forecast future space planning needs and budgets
Day to day management and support of all site infrastructure
Develops facility maintenance schedule
Develops company assets management database system: furniture, generator, ACs
Develops RFP’s, evaluates bids, select best qualified vendor and prepares maintenance contracts.
Develops service level agreements for vendors
Acts as interface between the firm and technical and logistic vendors
Acts as interface between firm and owners of properties leased by the company
Develops service level agreements for vendors
Supervises maintenance, tracks expenditure and pay invoices
Supervises vendors and ensure that SLA ’s are strictly adhered to
Generator and Diesel Supply (Night and Day tank)
Air conditioning system (office and HPACS)
Electrical fittings and fixtures
Plumbing fittings and fixtures
Carpentry fittings and fixtures

OTHER DUTIES:

Oversees the development of predictive, preventive and reliability centered maintenance programs, including Maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision charts/trees, preventive maintenance techniques and related engineering analyses.
Provide advice and consultation to IS as regards facilities engineering matters and compliance with ANL’s rules.
Prepares, negotiates and administers contracts for specialized facilities maintenance work.
Performs Engineering project management work to include budget preparations.
Co-ordinates facilities engineering project activities with other district departments and divisions.
management work to include project execution, resolving complex work problems, recommending contract change orders, preparing progress reports, and reviewing invoices and authorize payments.
Oversees the maintenance and modification of computerized process control systems, maintenance management system, and the facilities change notice procedure; manages minor capital projects.
Reviews and comments upon engineering project work plans prepared by outside consultants for conformance to IS standards and specifications; prepares a variety of technical facilities engineering reports and analyses for presentation to management.
Recommend work equipment and maintenance standards, procedures and performance criteria for ongoing planned activities; helps define training needs for maintenance and operations personnel, such as trade skills enhancement, related to maintenance standards and procedures
