Job responsibilities:

Leading Business Development and contract negotiation activities
Supporting Management to acquire, develop and manage commercial real estate development opportunities and perform other tasks to support these endeavors
Managing negotiation meetings with contractors/consultants, vendors, tenants etc
Facilities management

Role requirements:

B.Sc./HND in a related course of study
Min’ of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with verifiable achievements
