Estate Administrator

Requirements

Estate Management qualification.
3 – 4 years’ work experience in the administration and management of similar estate.
Good understanding of regulatory compliance of estates in line with Lagos state and Federal Govt laws.

Primary Skills:

Very firm and strict in nature

Job Description

Will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the estate
responding to complaints from residents
Liaison with government regulatory agencies
Liaising with banks
ensuring some activities of all estate workers
Responsible for organizing general and EXCO meetings
Responsible to the Chairman
