Piecurve Energy Projects Limited is looking for a skilled Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Lagos. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial equipment
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery through regular inspections and maintenance strategies
Interpret and analyze technical drawings, manuals, and schematics for equipment repairs
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies in all maintenance activities
Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to source spare parts and implement equipment upgrades
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field
3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance engineering in an industrial or oil & gas environment
Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and AutoCAD for technical analysis
Understanding of condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance strategies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
