Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic planning

Develop enterprise-level customer strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand the customer base
Set Sales Goals by establishing and managing sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators for the enterprise sales team

Sales Supervision

Lead Enterprise Sales Team – manage and lead a team of Enterprise sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
Sales Performance management – Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales

Customer Relationship Management

Build and Maintain Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level customers
Account Planning – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Sales Operations

Sales Forecasting – Prove accurate sales forecast and pipeline management to ensure revenue target are met
Sales Process Optimization – Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs
Compliance and Governance – Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Collaboration and Communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with other functions, such as Service delivery, CX Operations, and Brand & marketing Communication, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Executive Communication – Communicate sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to executive leadership and other stakeholders

Revenue Growth

Revenue Growth – Achieve revenue growth target through new enterprise business acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention
Sales Enablement – Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in their roles.
Sales Analytics – Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
