We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team in Abuja as a Dual-Role English Tutor and Customer Relations Executive.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive English language tutoring for international standardized tests including IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE
Assist clients with test registration and preparation materials
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional client support
Communicate effectively with prospective and current clients about educational and immigration services
Maintain detailed client records and follow up on client interactions
Represent Zinchi International professionally in all client communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
Proven experience in English language teaching and test preparation
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours.
Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of international English proficiency exams
Extensive knowledge about Study Abroad and Immigration services
Excellent verbal and written communication
Patient and empathetic approach to teaching and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
