Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the learning needs of primary school students.
Interactive Teaching: Use interactive and creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective for young children.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated.
Parental Communication: Keep open lines of communication with parents and guardians about students’ academic achievements and areas for improvement.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
Teaching certification or accreditation is an added advantage.
Previous experience teaching English at the primary school level is a plus.
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching young children.
