Requirements
Must be an engineer or has good understanding of engineering procedures
The person must be able to write engineering report
Ability to follow up and secure an engineering purchase/service order
Ability to prepare and submit a bid
Must be able to use Ariba Portal and NIPEX portal
Have good knowledge or understanding of Integrity/Inspection, Pipeline and Fabrication works
Be able to work with minimum supervision
Must be a result-oriented person.
