Job Summary
The Engine Oil and Tyres Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive lubricants and tyres, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
This role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients such as car dealers, fleet operators, garages, and retail stores.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and strategic account management.
Provide detailed product knowledge and offer suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
Market Research & Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and retain existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide excellent post-sales service, ensuring timely product delivery and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge & Promotions:
Stay updated on the latest industry developments, product innovations, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of using high-quality engine oil and tyres.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in automotive products (lubricants or tyres).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive lubricants and tyres is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
