End User Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Expertise in Operating Systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Experience in IT support or a related field

Qualifications

BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
ITILv4 Certified
3 years + experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
Experience working in a telecommunications company.
