Employee Relations Manager

Requirements:

HND/BSC
CIPMN Certification
8 – 10 years in similar role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing employee relations strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Be part of the hiring to ensure the right candidates are selected
Ready to act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
Facilitate training and workshops;
Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Design and administer employee welfare programs
Manage employee communications, engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
Advise management on necessary policies and practice updates to mitigate potential issues.
Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
Identify and mitigate against potential employee relations risks.
Maintain and update employee relations policies and procedures.
Be ready to act as a key representative in collective bargaining discussions.
Prepare reports on employee relations metrics for management review.
Any other duties as may be directed by the Business Head.
