Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible ERT Supervisor to lead and manage our emergency response team.
You will ensure the team is trained and ready to respond effectively to any emergency situation to keep our workplace safe.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise emergency response team during drills and real emergencies.
Conduct regular taining sessions to ensure readiness.
Implement safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinate emergency response efforts with other departments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor health and safety of all employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Disaster Management, Environmental Health, Emergency Response, Safety Education or other related fields.
Minimum 3 – 5 years Proven experience in emergency response or safety managment.
Strong leadership and communication skils.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Certification in emergency response or first aid is a plus.
Candidates within Kaduna, Abuja or close proximity.
