Job Overview:
The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of integrated security system and control room project. This role requires a deep understanding of security systems, project management methodologies, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Possess a deep understanding of integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand and address client requirements and expectations.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide guidance, support, and mentor ship to team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverable meet standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8 Years Experience in managing similar projects.
Proven experience in managing ELV projects, particularly in the security systems domain.
Strong understanding of integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
Excellent Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) is mandatory.
Previous Experience with construction of control rooms.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦700,000.00 per month
Experience:
Project Manager within the Engineering Servicing Sector: 5 years (Required)
