Electrical Engineer (Product Support) Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Electrical test equipment support, providing technical descriptions and functionality to clients
Play a technical role in developing and preparing the company’s response to RFQs, RFIs and formal tender processes
Training customers on the use of the test equipment
Understand and develop written electrical test procedures based on existing and upcoming industry standards-IEC, ASTM,ISA etc
Supporting the sales team in technical presentations and sales calls
Attending technical clarification meetings
Confer with engineers and customers to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products
Maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic clients
Test equipment repairs, maintenance and calibration
Research and development of new methods testing electrical equipment

Requirements

A bachelor’s or HND graduate with Electrical Engineering background preferably with power option
Be fluent in English
Customer service skill
Be self-motivated and driven, you must also possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Be geographically mobile
Have the right Total attitude attributes, being innovative, easily adaptable to different environments, flexible, open minded and a good team player
Good computer and use of computerized maintenance management skills
