Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary tools for the role and demonstrate proficiency in both digital and analog systems. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at the Shimawa branch, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Design and develop electrical systems, including both digital and analog circuits for power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
Installation & Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring all installations comply with relevant codes and safety standards.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment, with a focus on both digital and analog systems.
Conduct inspections, perform tests, and recommend necessary repairs or improvements to systems.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation for projects.
Ensure that all work is documented in compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers and other engineers, to ensure timely project completion.
Provide technical support during system installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring all electrical work meets industry standards.
Ensure electrical systems operate in compliance with relevant codes and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in both digital and analog systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and instrumentation.
Proficient in using electrical engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
Practical experience with operating, testing, and maintaining digital and analog devices and equipment.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
Certifications:
Professional certification (e.g., COREN or NSE) is a plus, but not required.
Communication & Teamwork:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Other Skills:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with electrical system installations and maintenance in industrial or commercial settings.
Familiarity with renewable energy systems, automation systems, and energy-efficient electrical solutions.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Occasional travel to various sites within Shimawa.
