Interested candidates must:
Hold a masters degree in electrical engineering.
Have not less than 10 years’ experience in electricity generation and distribution and street lighting design and installation and must have been the design engineer for at least 2 urban streets or highway lighting projects in the last 6 years.
Be fluent in English and/or French Language and have working knowledge of the other
Have had at least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
