Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for children aged 2-5 years.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in early learners
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assess and report on children’s progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events and activities
Maintain accurate records and reports, including lesson plans, attendance, and progress reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
6 – 10 years experience in teaching early learners (ages 2-5 years)
Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Proficiency in using digital tools to support teaching and learning.
