Job Summary:
The Early Childhood Educationist will design and deliver engaging educational activities for young children, fostering their cognitive, emotional, and physical development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a passion for nurturing young minds in a safe and stimulating environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven teaching or caregiving experience in early childhood settings.
Knowledge of child development stages and early learning strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to encourage learning and development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Monitor and assess children’s progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress and needs.
Encourage positive social interaction and problem-solving skills among children.
Maintain records of attendance, progress, and other relevant information.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational standards.
Perform any additional tasks related to the child’s well-being and development as required.
