Job Summary:
The Supplies Driver will ensure the timely and safe delivery of products, supplies, and other materials to various locations within and beyond the airport premises. The role also includes maintaining the company vehicle and supporting other logistics.
Key Responsibilities for Driver 1:
Safely transport products (e.g., pastries, ingredients, and supplies) to and from various locations within and outside the airport.
Pick up and deliver supplies from various markets to the Kitchen in Wuse 2 and the Cafe at the airport. (The main Kitchen will be relocated to the airport side next year.)
Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.
Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., oil, water, fuel, tires) to ensure roadworthiness.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle mileage.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations to ensure a safe driving environment.
Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies when necessary.
Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery schedules and special requests.
Provide courteous customer service when interacting with clients, including during Uber/transportation periods when logistics duties are not required.
