Description
We are looking for a Driver Retention Officer to join our Driver Management Team. We are seeking experienced professionals, preferably from Gokada, Moove, Bolt, Uber, or other mobility companies, who have a strong understanding of driver engagement, satisfaction, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve driver retention and engagement.
Act as the main point of contact for driver concerns, ensuring quick resolution of complaints.
Monitor driver performance and provide support to improve service quality.
Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to understand driver challenges and satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with the driver onboarding and operations teams to ensure a seamless driver experience.
Organize driver incentives, loyalty programs, and training sessions to enhance engagement.
Maintain accurate records of driver activities, feedback, and retention metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in driver relations, fleet management, or operations in a mobility company (e.g., Moove, Gokada, Uber, Bolt, Opay).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage driver relationships effectively.
Problem-solving ability with a focus on driver satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ability to analyze driver data and develop strategies to reduce churn.
Experience in organizing driver engagement initiatives and incentive programs is a plus.
