Key Responsibilities
Patient Transportation:
Safely and comfortably transport patients to and from the clinic, hospital appointments, and other designated locations as required.
Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the patient transport vehicle.
Equipment and Supply Delivery:
Transport medical equipment and supplies to and from various locations, including clinics, hospitals, and vendor sites.
Ensure the safe and timely delivery of all items.
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Assist with other logistical tasks as assigned, such as inventory management and coordination with external vendors.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure the safety of all passengers and pedestrians at all times.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to all patients and colleagues.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
