Job Summary
The Driver will be based in Dutse, Jigawa State and report to the Lead Driver. He/she will transport staff and ensure the safety and security of the mission’s vehicle. The tasks and responsibilities includes but are not limited to;
Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle and also inspect and prepare the vehicle for trips.
Complete the fuel log book accurately on a daily basis with mileage, fuel consumption information and and submit to the Base Log on a monthly basis.
Ensure the complete documentation of all vehicles and prepare departures to the field including deliveries.
The successful candidate will have;
First School leaving certificate or equivalent.
A valid and current Nigerian driver’s license.
Good reading and writing and communication skills.
Accurate knowledge of all traffic rules.
Good Mechanical Background.
The ability to be flexible and adapt in a changing work environment.
Good knowledge of security issues.
