Distribution Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to meet strategic and financial goals.
Identify and onboard new partners in the assigned region/country, while monitoring partners’ sales performance, inventory, and stock levels.
Drive sales and manage daily account activities with Key Channel Partners.
Analyze and forecast Order/Inventory/Sell-In/Sell-Out data to identify new sales opportunities within existing product lines.
Implement and manage commercial strategies, including MSRP, distribution criteria, partner evolution, and channel compensation schemes.
Oversee sales channels, ensuring partners effectively cover both online and offline markets.
Organize product training and examinations for partners, dealers, and shop promoters in alignment with product launch schedules.
Conduct market research, analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, and develop countermeasures monthly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience; experience in memory product sales is a plus.
Proficiency in business English with the ability to conduct negotiations and communicate fluently.
Proven ability to independently drive business development and demonstrate strong market development and sales skills.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
