Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position entails prompt delivery of goods and strict adherence to all applicable transportation laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Pick-up and drop-off of customers’ orders.
Accurate and timely communication with client and customer support on order details.
Verify and confirm all products are complete and accurate before dispatching.
Routinely conduct maintenance and repair of the motorcycle.
Ensure all transportation documents are complete and complied with.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of motorcycle mileage, repairs, and other relevant information.
Interact with clients courteously and professionally at all times.
Escalate customer’s complaints/issues to the assigned manager promptly.
Job Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Provable experience as a dispatch rider with a clean record.
Valid driver’s license or rider’s card.
Strong knowledge of Lekki-Ajah’s route and laws.
Excellent communication skill
Good team player.
