Develop and implement AISHA’s technology roadmap in accordance with product and business goals.

Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership regarding technology investments, infrastructure development, and capability enhancement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies, assess feasibility, and drive the development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. Experience
A minimum of eight years of cumulative experience in software or product engineering is required, including at least three years in a senior technical leadership position.

We require proficiency in technical skills relevant to the role, including but not limited to programming languages, software development methodologies, system administration, network configuration, database management, and cybersecurity protocols. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing automation solutions, and optimizing IT infrastructure for performance and security. Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile project management is highly desirable. Strong expertise in Python and either JavaScript or TypeScript is required; prior exposure to Go or Rust would be advantageous.
Proficient in leveraging machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, alongside advanced LLM orchestration tools including Lang Chain, OpenAI API, and Anthropic API, among others.
Skilled in leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and proficient in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Proficiency in FHIR, HL7, or alternative health data interoperability standards is considered beneficial.
