Responsible for managing the entire production process of Online Campaigns, Reels, Radio, Outdoor, Social Media, and Digital Content, as well as Showroom Branding initiatives.
Spearhead every vehicle launch initiative while formulating and executing pricing communication strategies in partnership with the Sales team, and liaise with OEM partners to align on brand assets and guidelines.
Facilitate the implementation of dealership marketing strategies across the entire national network, ensuring consistent showroom branding and a seamless customer journey experience.
Enhance service retention rates while actively advocating for authentic spare parts and developing targeted service campaigns—such as maintenance packages and warranty extensions—to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Develop and implement the CRM strategy in alignment with Sales objectives, enhance lead response efficiency, track conversion metrics, manage customer lifecycle communications, and leverage data analytics to guide budget allocation decisions.
Develop weekly performance reporting dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights.
Efficiently allocate and oversee the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource utilization and financial accountability throughout the fiscal year.
Assess performance and oversee relationships with agencies, production houses, and media collaborators to ensure strategic alignment and optimal outcomes.
