About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Officer to lead and execute a strategic digital roadmap, enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and position our bank as a leader in digital financial services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop & Execute Digital Strategies – Align transformation initiatives with business goals.
Technology Deployment – Oversee the integration of digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
Customer Experience Enhancement – Drive digital adoption and improve service delivery.
Data & Analytics – Leverage insights for smarter decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to banking regulations and data protection laws.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with leadership, IT teams, and fintech partners to drive innovation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR(Job Responsibilities):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Digital Transformation, Agile Project Management) is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the financial services or microfinance sector.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, financial software, and data analytics tools.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of digital projects.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive collaboration, and promote a digital-first mindset. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements in Nigeria.
