Digital Subscriptions Manager

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing, sales, or a related field is desirable.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or subscriptions management.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing digital subscriptions.
Experience working with online newspapers, media companies, or digital publishing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive digital subscription revenue growth.
Manage Digital Subscriptions: Manage digital subscriptions, including customer acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
Analyze Data and Identify Trends: Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Lead and Manage a Team: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets.
Build Relationships with Customers and Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics

Digital Subscription Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year digital subscription revenue growth targets.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Meet customer acquisition and retention targets.
Sales Conversion Rates: Achieve sales conversion rate targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
